Summer Camp Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment should be made as soon as possible to hold placement.

  • Cost per session is $115 if made during the early period. AFTER THE EARLY REGISTRATION DATE, THE COST IS $125 PER CAMPER PER SESSION. 

  • Cancellations made up until 2 weeks before the start of camp will receive a full refund less $25.

  • Cancellations made WITHIN 2 weeks of the start of camp WILL NOT receive a refund. *Contact us for extenuating circumstances.

  • Applying your cancelled registration fee to another session may be possible. Contact us to discuss. 

Early Period Deadlines​:  June 5th for Sessions 1 and 2

                                        July 5th for Sessions 3 and 4

After School/Holiday Camp Payments and Cancellations​

  • Cancellations made up until 1 week before the start of camp will receive a full refund less $25.

  • Cancellations made WITHIN 1 week of the start of camp WILL NOT receive a refund. *Contact us for extenuating circumstances.

Registration Forms

Please print, review and complete the Release and Liability Waiver form. Make sure to fill out the entire form with any important medical information as well as an emergency contact. This Release form must be emailed or turned in on the first day camp. Campers without release forms will not be able to participate.
